Multiple customers have reported that Fox has the habit of finding and charging the customer hundreds or even thousands of dollars to fix minor damage (think a quarter sized hole in the plastic spoiler.) A few customers have also warned against renting from Fox in Phoenix. Apparently, the building is dilapidated both inside and out. Not only that, but the rental office is located next door to an adult novelty store and movie theater. Not exactly what you want to explain to the kids as you pick up your vacation vehicle.
